loven the senator mate, looks awesome,
how would you rate the fast manifold as far as bang for buck mod? i'm thinking I may need to do heads and full exhaust, (although that will have to wait as other life plans are starting to take over) but have heard mixed stories on the fast manifolds, mostly from people that have never actually had one,

also I knew there was a difference in the yoke sizes from the previous model but didn't think it would be that big,, lol

just out of curiosity, have you tested what power yours is running to the rears and also whether you have needed to upgrade driveshafts to suit,,, I keep exploding c.v's and that's only 280rwkw, t56M12 and 3.9's with a true trac running to the 20" GTS's

With my first cam (223/231 lsa114) the car pulled 307rwkw on Race solutions Dyno but i hated the lack of off idle torque as the car is used mainly in stop start sydney inner city traffic, so was replaced with a 212/218 lsa115 cam which I love but didn't ask for a dyno run so have no power figures.
As for the fast102 on a LS2 definitely worth getting as the std LS2 manifold even with its big 90mm opening is a pig.
Similar in flow to early LS1 manifold which is regarded as a pig also and replaced from the VX with the LS6 maniold.
In Australia we only got the LS1 manifold for the VT2 series but in the states they had it for about 5-6years previous on various sizes of the early LS engines.
The Fast102 gives power across the rev range not just up top, check here:

Re: Higgins CNC'd stage3 heads now fitted.

Small update.
Had Sonny from Auotwerks fit some Higgins stage3 CNC'd 243 heads and retune to suit.
He did a stellar job and the car pulled just shy of 300rwkw, 299.1 to be exact a gain of around 20rwkw.
But it was the torque curve that shone brightly with 25-30nm extra across the board.
This from a tiny Comp 115lsa 212/218 .557/.563 cam and fast102 manifold.

As you can see from the dyno graphs she was putting down 278rwkw with baby cam and fast 102.
I definitely recommend heads and especially the fast102 on an LS2 as the LS2 manifold is a piece of crap, some yanks say the LS2 manifold is worse than the original LS1 manifolds (VT2 only, LS6 from VX-VZ LS1).

Thanks Joshy
My cam and original tune was done by Oztrack and had no problems with them but for me its so much easier getting to Sonny's than travelling out to Penrith from my place.
I fitted my Fast102 before my heads and the extra power from even off idle all the way to redline was very noticable and with the heads the car just has grunt at any revs or speed.

On another note have an update of the bad kind.
Had a small collision when another guy ran a Giveway sign.

Small update.
Had been thinking of going to 18's for a while to get a better ride and to handle dirt roads a bit better when I visit family in the country north coast.
Anyway picked up some nice BBS Forged lightweight RE wheels in 8&9" with 275/35x18 Continentals on the rear.
Already had rolled guards and the rears have a 45P off set which seems just about right with the tyre about 10mm+ from the shock on the inside and apears to clear on the outer but only a full load and time will tell if I need more rolling and/or pumping.
On a side note the wheel/tyre combo's (235/40x18 on 8" & 275/35x18 on 9") are around 4-5kg lighter than my current 19x8.5 with 245/35x19 tyres so a lighter unsprung weight which is always good for the working of your suspension.
Only a couple of pics as car desperately needs a clean.
