accident!!! A woman Backed into my car and damaged my back Lights, spolier, bumper .. :cry: at the scene she accepted that it was her fault cause i was stationary on the road waiting for park and she backed into me from a park behind me, but now she has gone and put a claim through her insurance saying that i backed into her... not happy at all... I was two days out in paying my renewal for my insurance and they refused to help me... I feel like F**** up the B**CH!!! I have send her a letter of demand and then if she doesn't respond then i have to go to courts!:ranting: :ranting: There was a Witness i need to find him! not happy at all!!!!! I'll post some pix tom!

I know the pain of chasing people for money. I was road raged by this nut case driving a Volvo (how appropriate) and when traffic didn't go his way... HE RAMS ME FROM THE LEFT LANE AS HE MOVES INTO THE RIGHT HAND LANE. MY LANE. Then he drove off into the distance. Tried to give chase but it got too dangerous. 145km/h is too fast even for a 70km/h zone. I did get this wack jobs rego plates and made full reports to Victoria Police. They haven't done **** for me over it. He is still out there and to make things worse it was some 18 months ago now. It must have cost the RACV some big $$$ to fix my much loved Holden. Some things were so badly damaged they needed complete replacement. Repairs made: - Brand new LF guard panel and paint - Brand new bumper, grill and LF headlight - Panel beating of engine hood - Alloy wheel sent to specialist for repair I am still looking for this prick by the way... there is a score to settle :ranting: cause I don't get my excess back ($850) until the police finish investigating... even after something like 18 months. Pathetic really isn't it?
