This is my other car and the reason i got a Commodore as a daily.

Its a forever on going project and a long way to go.

Its no longer a daily so this year i hope to:
- further shave the engine bay and hide everything
- Re-spray
- Start building a 16v on twin 45's or a 20vT from an Audi S3

Next year I hope to get a bit more serious a rework of the interior and concentrating on chrome, polish and paint.

ALL, i mean ALL, work is done at home by me and sometimes a couple of mates. Would be pointless otherwise.

A short list of what I've currently done, keep in mind i have just turned 22 and still at Uni:
Engine:
1.9L Audi 80 Block
Mk2 GTI Head
TT 268 Cam
32/36 DGEV Webber (not happy!)
5 Speed 020 rebuilt with short ratio gears
Carter electric fuel pump
90amp Alternator

Suspension and Brakes:
Hottuning Coilovers
Mk1 GTI front hubs
280mm Front disks
Twin piston Audi Quattro calipers
Mk3 brake booster and master cylinder
Tie rod flip kit
Rear disk brake conversion

Body:
Paint is original 30+yrs old
Original chrome bars
News seals and chrome all the way around

Wheels:
BBS RS
15x6.5 et25
15x8 et6
This is where most people get tripped out...tires are 165/50 r15 all round.

Interior
Car also has a big ass stereo, my other passion.
140.7db on a TermLab
I've tried to keep it all hidden away and inconspicuous.
Electric windows
Hidden Alpine DVD player
Seats re-trimed etc blah blah

I hope you like, let me know what you think.

Your tyres seem to be too small for the rim....
i have seen this on several drift cars now days....
i think its the in thing? LOL.
btw it's interesting how they get the Tyre on,they spray flammable liquid on the tyre set it on fire, which causes and explosion and the Tyre stretch'es or sum crap.

:) cheers

I might go with a 2" lip on the front as well but still un-decided.

Wait till he sees what the VT will be sitting on.

The tyre stretch thing has been around for ages, its just starting to become popular here because the Japs are doing, kind of annoys me.......
It started in Belgium where the law says that the tire is not aloud beyond the guard but the wheel is, so they started blasting on smaller tires.

The idea with drifters is to reduce tire flex. The idea for everyone else is the look.
You can use a beed blaster or the stupid way by using a flammable spray.

Awesome besides the tyres which are way to small.
