As a follow up to what I said earlyer in this thread I ended up getting the knife mark in my front bar fixed and just picked it up today and the effect I was going for turned out awesome heres the pics

Awesome ride mate, LOVE it, sucks its defectable here in VIC, move to WA BEST looking VE i've seen. Main reason? NO CHEV BADGES! all id do if i was you would be remove all badged together but leave the SS one on the sides. PURE HORN

yeah decals they're factory Holden accessories I'd love to but since its an 06 model it has 2 pins in the boot lion badge so if you take it off your left with 2 holes its only on the early models though, the later ones have no holes so you can take them off :bang: so thats the reason I put a smaller VY/VZ badge on the back instead, I dont think I've put a pic up of it yet
Cars booked in this friday for some 3.7 diff gears getting fitted to the excisting centre, cant wait :dance: :driving:

oh yeah oops sorry I get so many people asking me about where to get the viser and chrome srtip and stuff from I loose track of who's asked what, yeah another holden part it was fitted as an accesory when I bought it. So to help other people reading this thread and want to know where to get stuff from the viser, chrome number plate strip, track stripes and boot lip spoiler are all holden parts that you can get from any holden dealer spare parts department :thumbsup:
well picked my car up today after getting 3.7 diff gears fitted and even after only driving it from the diff place to work and home again afterwards I'm already in love, it feels so much more responsive and I can use 6th more now I used to only really use it from about 90kms onwards now I can use it from 80kms where you do most of your driving on main rds and still have some poke where before if I tryed to use 6th at 80 the revs where only like 1050 where now its about 1300 its a mod I wish I'd done alot earlyer than now and one I'd highly recomend to anyone with a manual VE I found the gears here Holden VE Diff Gears - 3.45 or 3.7 - eBay, Other Car Parts, Accessories, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. well they charged me $1500 to install which I thought was ok since they sell the complete diff for that price but thats without installation
