Hi people been using this site for a while but i dont think i have ever actually posted pics of my car here so here i go.

Its basically a red 3.8lt vn manual exec so nuffin special.
Have done all the bolt on modifications possible to her except forced induction. I run track slicks and race brake pads by ENDLESS on all 4's. King spring superlows and pedders shocks also. Have gutted out the cars interior for light weight ie: no back seats, carpet, spare wheel, jack, plastic trims, centre console etc.... Hope yas like. Will be possibly for sale soon too as i would like to upgrade to a VZ SS.

Yes i did it myself, it finishes just behind the front bar where another intake pipe feed cold air into it. Ive covered it up well so no water can get into it either. works a treat! going on the qtr next month so will post up the times when i do. Should hook up very well with the slicks, being manual and all. Already have no problem passing an SS vn-vt. I guess the weight reduction hels heaps in that manner.

it doesnt compare to other 6's. still havent lost to another 6. dont know the qtr mile time yet. find out in october in heathcote which is another JC event. Glad u like it though, its different thats for sure. A suprise package i reckon. I want to sell it soon so if u know anyone interested let me know cheers.
ps i will have new pics up tommorrow from the meet in Knox.
pss as for power figures im not sure what it is since one dyno i went on had 109rwk and another had 125rwk and another had 116rwk so one of them has to be correct?

I think you need a proper dyno run to get a real accurate power figure.. Like a dynodynamic's, Cause them numbers sound way off 109-125.. Huge gap there

I have that, i also have a VT SS and we also have a VY SV8.

The VT SS, just tuned and silent zorst puts out just under 230rwkw...dont think we need to race to see who wins...

Come back when your flywheel kw's matches my rear wheel :p

Anyways, will see you at the next cruise i would say anyway :) Take it easy.

If i had 230@the wheels in a car like mine i'd need a roll cage and would most likely be doing 11 sec passes! Urs on the other hand wont be lol. Lets not forget i have a $2000 car. lol i could prob get 430kw@the wheels if i spent what u spent on ur whole car on the vn lol. Dont make me get the HK chev out for the next meet lol.

I can happily say that 230 at the wheels in a VN wont get you 11 second passes. My car ran 12.98 mafless, not bad considering only $3000 was spent on mods and tune. Bring out the HK Chev, what will it prove? Show me some timeslips for it,if we are going to use those tactis, maybe i should get my old car from my mate for the day. :p

Anyways, enough of my dick is bigger than yours argument. Get down to Calder one night and take it for some runs, will be interesting to see if it cracks into a low 15
