exterior: who knows paints all fallen off.
Well i have wanted one of these since i 7 years old and now i have teh most hodunk looking one around lol but what can u do when you're poor lol.
I have finally sold one of my other cars so i got some coin so i thought id start my new car/build thread. I have big dreams and very shallow pockets so this may take 20 years but ill do it.
So i decided if im going to make a list i may aswell make it on here haha.
My plans are as follows.
I'm, currently;
Rebuilding trans ( takes 5 seconds to engage drive....)
fixing cooling issue ( Sits at halfway even when im moving and begins to creep a bit, never actually overheated however. flush rad maybe new water pump drill a hole in my clutch fan to make it go all the time lol. Currently there is no sign of heads or gasket failure.
I plan on;
fix and align panels & repaint panther black (gunna give it a stab myself *shudders*)
Redo under side.
Smooth engine bay, hide wires, relocate abs etc.
Calais chrome exterior trim.
All new window/door rubbers and seals
Refurbish interior trim
355 stroker.
Angry cam.
Maybe some head work, bigger valves etc
dual plane with 4bbl tb
When the engine finally goes back in probably braided lines and stainless and alloy errywhere.
Want to keep it HSV original as much as possible with a few alterations for power i.e. manifold/tb
Pictures are old and the third ones what it looked like when i picked it up.
Shes been sitting in my garage for over a year but i just got her woffed and reged recently.
