Just with double sided, waterproof tape or trim tape. You'll need to trim around the badge with a scalpel. Take a photo of it before you take it off as the VEs don't have locating holes. Better yet, mark the location with masking tape.

Won't the area be outlined by the shape of the emblem when taken off?
