Hi Guys,

Just thought I'd post a pic of my new 2008 SSV here. I've seen some nice cars on here.

Only mods are 20's and lowered suspension.

I would like to do something with the exhaust and maybe change the induction but that's about it. Still getting over the transfer rego $$$$. That always sh*ts me! How can they justify a grand to transfer the rego? -another bullsh*t tax!

Thanks for a great forum.

Cheers,

Peter

I hear you mate!

I bought an SSV on monday and mines a grand for rego too!

Nice car though, mines still fully stock.

I'm thinking about changing the exhaust system and putting extractors on.

I'm a but iffy about the stock sub/sound system.

How are you finding it?

Gday Yaka,

Yeah it's good to put your own stamp on these cars isn't it?

I'm ok with the sound system but it's definitely not the greatest (bit tinny). I use the AUX most of the time with my iPhone.

I have read on here that some of the guys are replacing their speakers with higher quality units and getting some improvements in audio. Big job removing door trims etc though...

Anyway mate, post a pic when you can!

you can claim back the unused portion of the previous rego if you've had to change over to another state
