Just thought i'd come and welcome myself into the community here. Seems like a helpful, jolly society. :)

I'm Dan, and am the proud new owner of a White VP Berlina.

Just going to post a few photos of my new love, Nghie.

Nghie: One owner; 106 000 Kilometres on the ODO.

Only problems that I need to rectify is the tie rods are slightly loose, the heater core shat itself, and my Engine Management Light comes on willy nilly during driving.

Other than that, a bloody sweet ride.

    Until later!

    Dan.

Thats one of the cleanest looking 2nd-gens ive seen in a while. You dont see many VP's with that low k's (elderly gentleman owned it from new im guessing?) so id say thats a pretty good find. Mind if I ask how much you paid for it?

It looks great in original condition... Nice one man, look through the forums on how to check what the fault is that is causing the engine check light to come on.. You bridge out some terminals in the passenger foot panel and read the codes then fix that item, it might be something that improves your economy significantly so its worth checking and rectifying. They are usually easy fixes.
I really like the standard wheels and the rear lights.. Nice car man.

    Thanks guys!

I paid $3400 for it, with only 3 weeks rego left. Nonetheless; I think it's worth what I paid :)

And yeah, an old bloke owned it since new.

There are a few bits and bobs I want to replace; like the front and rear bumpers; and the Wheel Covers. They aren't in terrible condition; but well.. I'm a finicky bastard :D

    Right on! Haha

On the contrary, my VP has a full ownership and service history. These kilometres are genuine.
