some guy badged a works friends camira at the plaza a couple of weeks ago and the arial thing is anoing hapend to mine a couple days b4 i got my car dropt off at my house:cry:
yeh for some reason they bent my antenna so looks like ill be replacing her with a automatic 1 that comes up when i open the stereo and go down when i close it there cool i reckon freaken sad ****s. sorry mods for swearing its really ****ing me off atm
Hmmm thats no good at all. But people on ebay are trying to get $40.00 for a single Tickford wing (I payed $2.00 for mine) so Im not surprised people are starting to go up cars & take their badges for free.
sucked in to him wld of done the same thing. they dont usually learn when u dob them into tha cops well rarely anyway. they jus laugh about it brag about it and keep doin it. if they end up gettin locked up they come out worse than what they were.
yeh well mate they need to get locked up and stay locked up and never come out to learn a lesson or 2 but so far so good i tried repairing my antenna coz its bent and yeh not so good i think im gonna go buy 1 from super cheap or autobarn. even go wreckers and get 1 dunno yet still debating.
if it was me i wld try tha wreakers first. if u found one in good condition there it wld cost u next to nothen anyway. u pay heaps more at autobarn or supercheap
went to the wreckers and most of them were torn to shreds and most didnt even have antennas and had coat hangers bent over for antennas looked funny as but yet again sad on a holden geeez these ppl dont even look afta there girls wooops i mean cars i also spotted a white vn that had nuffin wrong with it just was water emersed and had pink flooring pink dash and pink seat covers nearly everything was pinkk on it just was missing pink wheels to match it all. also has vss sticker on the front window hmm :S looks like some1 had a bad time with there commo.
yeah the wreckers are a sad place sometimes... i see lotsa cars where I think to myself, "what the ^&^* was the owner thinking when they did that??? i hate tacky mods that are done just for the sake of it.
Yet again you see cars that have absolutly nothing wrong with them at the wreckers. Ie. A mate of mine has/had a VN wagon that was IMMACULATE that he took to the wreckers cause no one would buy it cause who wants an old VN these days??? Also theres a VP sedan thats just as immaculate that had nothing wrong with it. And did I tell you my boss was at the wreckers & he sees this Falcon XF ute, he opens up the glovebox & theres a current pinkslip in there!!! He bought it about a year or so ago & its still on the road now.
nsladden: yeh i saw the same mate afew nice cars with nothing wrong with them just havent been looked afta by there owners well. u know what happened last yr my uncle was at the wreckers getting parts for his car he needed and found an old skool monaro shell sitting around so he ended up buying that and fixing it up and yet its just about on the road with afew other mods done to her and shes beauti. Cane_it: yeh i agree with u there hun just sad to see these cars how they end up in bare metal.
same thing happend to my dads gto....but they only took the hsv badges(not the gto, coupe or 255 thank god) but plenty of scratches were left behind
some wankers did the same thing to my mates car last night, though his is only a VS exec, they took the holden badge on the boot (lion symbol), left scratchs to, he was so ****ed today ai
hmm there just idiots for stealing something worth 2 bux from the wreckers or so. either way i dont really care coz ive fixed up the scratches they left behind with abit of touch up paint and shes back to normal. all i have to do now is fill up the holes from the badges both front bonnet and back boot.
Well.. i have no choice but buy the new ones. Unless I can catch them but it ain't worth wasting my time on these little f*ckers then again I have to waste my time buying the new ones. these people should have their balls chopped off.
that annoys me so much mate- sneaky scumbags but their everywhere, but iv said it before and il say it again, if i caught ANYONE and i mean ANYONE damaging my property or stealing from me, (even if i had to chase them on foot or car) id break their fingers.
