SS Commodore - Ford Territory ... both camps
The dreaded ignition click but no fire to the 6.0. Battery checks out fine and even tried another (newer boat) battery. I’m guessing starter motor/solenoid, But is there any other common cause for this in VEs, stuff like ignition relays etc? Cheers in advance.

It’s stuck in a Coles car park tonight... I hope it survives.

Didn't try the tap tap on the starter trick?

That old school trick did cross my mind, had nothing handy to reach it and the bloody thing is too low. Maybe I might try that tomorrow. Cheers.

Mate of mine had the battery supply cable fuse the terminal on the starter motor causing the metal to fracture

Result was intermittent starting
