This has all been a very awesome 3 years. Over that time, i've been all over forums, eBay, buy/sell/swap forums, meeting other enthusiasts and occasionally calling in favors from friends in the industry. Everything has been DIY (minus pressing in bushes like the lower control arm) and I saved a lot of money doing it this way. I clean my car obsessively with not a single scratch or dent and service it every 5,000-7500kms, DIY of course.

The car drives like a dream, handling on rails and stops quick and hard. The car has been nothing but good to me, which is part of the reason why i won't be letting go of it any time soon.

Edit: Car is now sold

Great to see DIY working paying off in savings and personal satisfaction of doing the job yourself. Nice clean ride i can see why it handles with that list of suspension work good stuff. What are these big plans for the engine 8? maybe??? :) .

Sweet ride mate, list of mods is impressive and big thumbs up for doing the majority yourself.

Only thing is you need to throw up some more pics of this beast haha.

I definitely recommend more people have a go at DIY there's so much information at your disposal with the internet nowadays. That was my main focus throughout the build, i'm quite content with it now; however, pushing 275/35r19 all round will be the next step up. The big plans? waiting for full support of HPTuners for the LLT which will give me the flexibility to chase good power with FI.

Thank you very much, i'll be getting proper photos done for it in the near future so stay tuned. In the meantime, there are these photos to show off my brakes a little
