My SV6

Been on here for awhile but thought I'd start being more active on the forum.

Here's a little back story;

Girlfriend crashed her "fully hectik" Mirage (Evo rims/bodykit, jetpilot and fox stickers, sub/amp and lowered) :banstick:
A few months later and we find out she's pregnant so I got rid of the old car and went looking for a family car.
Was looking at a really nice SS ute but as I was driving to the dealer I remembered the Mirage and how the girlfriend would have to drive the new car so we found an SV6.

Its a 6 Speed manual.

First thing I did was take off all those silly badges.


Mods so far
-Amp and Sub (Alpine Type S)
-Extractors
-HiFlow Cats
-2.25" Stainless Catback (Xforce)
-Removed the spoiler
-Lowered
-OTR CAI
-Custom Tune
-SSV projector lights
-SSV Rear lights

Most of the work was done locally at Repco (Renmark Auto Service)



They were amazing, did the work really fast and were really professional even though they're laid back easy to talk to guys.
They even have their own mainline dyno, they've got me to come back and dyno it again (for free) a little while after having it done the first time.

They got me to come back on the weekend after getting the exhaust on to make sure it's all sitting right and the bolts are nice and tight. Even though one of the boys was waiting for his partner to have a baby they found the time and got me to come in.





When we got it home, before all the mods.....

After a few weeks having it, had to start modding it.

I've been looking at those spoilers online for a few days, I think it'd make the car look even better.

I'll have to speak to the girlfriend, she's in charge or the outside while I look after the inside.
You've made me go look through that thread.... Looking at that guy's awesome work on his SV6 has made me want Brembos on the front.

She's over the moon, I didn't let her drive it for a week and she's been bugging me the whole time. :rofl2:
She's studying to be a professional photographer and started taking pictures as soon as it got in the driveway.





Here's a side on.

Here's the exhaust... It looks like I have a bee sting aerial but I'm keeping the stock one for road trips.

Ummm, it's been so long.... I think it's pedders and was something like SSSL all around.
