Some people here know I bought a tacho from ebay, seller company was "Piranha Performance" Nevertheless, it was quite a cheap tacho, $55 if I remember correctly. I knew it wasn't going to be the best guage to buy for a car etc etc.
Anyway, this was approximately 3 months ago, I recieved the product and all, had it installed by an Auto Electrician (done thru business, not on the side), he told me it was faulty, as he tried it in 3 different cars, not specifically commodores.
I sent the tacho back, they told me approx 2 months and I'll have an answer.. needless to say, I was quite pissed off.
After about a dozen emails back and forth with updates, they have stopped replying to me. I sent them an email early last week, maybe tuesday threatening legal action as there has been NO refund or new tacho been sent, yet no reply once again!
Any ideas on what to do?
Thier website has no contact information apart from an email address - which is what I have been using...
