I doubt ebay/paypal will do ****, for the simple fact I have about a dozen emails *saved* about the dispute from about a month ago.

Ok.. a history lesson.

20/06: Email from Ebay saying i have won the item, it was at "pay now" status.. It took me, 1, maybe 2 business days to send the money via reg'd post.
24/06: Payment recieved (as stated by Piranha themselves)
02/07: Email sent saying it was faulty.
12/07: Tacho sent. Once again, Registered post. (after afew emails back and forth)

After about a dozen emails back and forth asking for updates, the LAST email I sent:

18/09: "I never got a reply from the last email, once again, im quite frankly extremely
unhappy about this, and very soon im considering seeking legal advice on
this situation.

Trent."

It's now been 2 weeks SINCE that email was sent. No word.

Hey mate, here's some details for ya, just traced the domain name and got some info from it.....could be false, but ya never know.
