Gearbox finally called it quits today! Or did it?

Pulled out of work and gave it a bit of stick thru 1st, 2nd n 3rd then BANG! no drive n all revs, engine light came on.. Pulled up, tried moving from a stand still and it revved a bit then grabbed 3rd gear and that's where I stuck for a few k's (wouldn't allow to use sequential shift) Pulled up again put it in park, turned it off n waited a while and turned it back on sequential shift worked again slowly pulled onto the road n went thru the gears, all the way to 6th with no problems, engine light is still on and had a light vibration from what felt like the blower at certain revs..

It was only a matter of time I guess..

Ouch dude sounds like you have killed some clutch packs or cooked it. Time for a built box me reckons.

Yeah I've looked into the TH400's but can't justify losing 3 gears.. Might be a 4 speed or even a manual conversion..


Or a stock box n put her up for sale..
