I recently purchased this VH SL, loving it so far. Only made some very slight changes to the car, nothing much really. It's a one owner, the owner was a old guy and he sold it when he was 80 to buy a new Mazda.

Anyway, the car is really clean and straight, as old guys do he got his paintbrush out and tried to fix up some of the rust, so it looks a little odd on one side, but i plan on re-spraying it very soon.

The only thing i have done to it at the moment is taken all of the guards off from the headlights.

The things i would like to do at the moment are -

- New paint job, probably same colour
- Rims + Low Profiles

ah this thing brings back memories...
my first car was the same model, same interior etc except it was 'torquay sand' in colour. :) Mine didn't have power steer though

Within 12 months the old 202 & trimatic was gone and a 308/M21 combo took it's place. Plus stuck a 10 bolt LSD under the back.
Lowered it with the same Walky wheels that are on my SS now.

Only reason I sold it was to buy the SS I have now.

I plan on maybe dropping a 308 into it in the future, it's a nice straight, clean car perfect for a re-build. Looking at getting some rims soon, just got to find the right ones. Might just go with some SL/E's or maybe some Simmons depending on how much money i can gather up. Here's a few new pictures of the car i took today.

mmmmmm clean, i like.

Good starting point for a project, 202 isnt a bad engine just lacking in the HP department. A mild 308 would be nice or an INJ 304.

Looks alot like my cameo yellow VH, blacked out lights ect.. The colour really grows on you after a while, expressly with some rims "maybe some 15x7 cop rims" and blacked out windows with SL/E trimings a bit of tint and shine. On a low budget you could maybe set up a nice carb or injection kit off a VK to give her a bit more perk.
