thought i really shoud do a my ride thread since iv been a member here 4 about 2 years. i drive a 97 White VS, V6, series II factory manual. i bought it with 164,000k's on it and since done about 20,000 more. it was stock as a rock when i bought it. it does ok as a work car/cruiser but i am bored of the power and the anoying things that old cars have, eg creaks and groans. Mods: * clear indicators side. * Tint. * Custom CAI. * K&N panel filter. * acclaim/berlina/calais rear lights (ones with the clear indicator). * 2.5 inch lukey catback exhaust. * Skyline R34 clutch, gearbox and flywheel. * VY SS 18' Rims. * VX Front Brake Calipers and Slotted Rotors. * Colour coded door handles and mirrors. * 6x6 soundstream speakers in the front and back. * Some crappy deck. mods will prob stay as they are, as i am looking at getting a VY SS/VX Clubby/XR6T. looks pretty nice, Those wheels suit nicely and i just got the same type of tail light, alot neater then the orange indicator ay?
yeh i love the VY SS rims (pity there so common now) and yeh the clear rear taillights look a million times better than the other ones.
nice looking car there mate. yeh those mags look a treat specially with the white. Make sure u post ur vy ss when u get it aye. jst slap some ultra low kings in there. cept u wont be able to go to work cheers Nick
