wow havnt seen this thread in a while ha not much has changed since, just the cluster has made 150,000km, new kenwood head unit, rims i keep swapping between my 18" HBD j Series, HSV avelance 18's and the 15 alloys
here is a few pics after a detail at work with the HSV avelanche rims on not my best photos as it was on my phone, next time ill get pics with my camera so they were be alot better
been having crappy fuel avg for a while now, was doing 13ltr/100k on gas and recently been at 18ltrs/100k last night fault poped up and was lh o2 sensor so just replaced both o2 sensors and the ecu temp sensor should hopefully bring the fuel back down
which ones? both the 18s are genuine holden/hsv rims HBD j series (vy range) and HSV avelanche cheers, looks nice when clean but im lazy and wash it every once in a while ha i need to detail the inside soon, looks nice when i get the time, and in winter i occasionly get the dash mat off, been on since factory well the fuel has came down quite a bit running on petrol (premium) its dropped from 16ltr/100k too 11.1ltr/100k did 70ks today crusiing at 60 and throught the city so im happy with that, will fill the gas up tonight and see what i get going to trade school this week, last week i got 347km out of the tank so ill be happy if i get the 450 mark
well finally gave it a good scrub last night after work currently got the j series on but they will be off soon when ive got time to swap them the tread is about a mm or 2 above the legal marker so i best might chuck the avelances back on fuel usage is much better now, gas is 15ltr /100km and petrol is about 10ltr/100km well worth the $1 it cost for the sensors i was thinking yesterday at work about the ks the car has done and from what i caan work out its actually at the 450,000km mark orignal cluster said 380,000km, but was wound back by 40,000km when we sold it by a car yard, and the cluster has done 25,000 since i put it in so its up at the 450,000 mark and still drive nice
thanks rabbit yer he was wreaking that car on hear not so long ago, interor was really clean on that car from what i looked at shame to see it like that
thanks fellas:thumbsup: yer she does look better then your avg high k car, bugs me when i see a low km car and it trashed well avelances are back off and the j series are on avelances are on the vl as im driving that now and j series tyres are stuffed
