He's right, there are better power to $$ ratio's out there,
Super charger would be the best way to go, and then it's easy to remove and return to stock, if that need ever arises.

Honestly if I were to start again I would have gone turbo. The power and drivability is unbelievable

Yeah I do really like the idea of forced induction and how easy it would be to return to stock I think I might do that but I read on street commodore that the 5 L dont like super chargers and blow head gaskets when running boost as the heads don't bolt on tight enough ? But ive seen lots of supercharged/turbo charged 5L so it has to be possible

It will be fine. Just don't pump more then 10psi on a stocker.
