Could either be the orange tab in the snib. Check that it is all the way in.

Otherwise, pull the door trim and give the mechanism inside the door a liberal dose of CRC / WD40 and work it manually to free it up.

I don't think it's the orange plastic I think it's just gunked up and needs a bit of lubing up as it gets stuck closed as well as not locking and that window is really slow so it could do with a grease up to

The steering wheel shaking usually means a wheel out of balance, get your front wheels balanced before looking any further. Cheapest and easiest way out

Thanks man, Old man said the same thing doesn't help that they're Ve machined wheels so it could be that as they might be sitting on the hub off centre.

The taper on the wheelnuts should center it up and sit in the right position

Running Pacey headers to tri-y original cat and a 2.5 Manta catback system, New system is going to be Pacey Headers (which i'll have to change over to the new ones ((Crys intensely)) dual cats hoping there high flow and the rest is dual 2.5 unknown maker will get some high heat paint black or silver and make it look new surprisingly in pretty good nick.

If you are changing from a stupid y piece single cat to a nice twin cat equal length system you will notice a nice difference on that alone.
Are there any difference in the headers? You might not need to switch them (because they are a pain to swap)

Yeah, to me sounds beefier, not quite as harsh as the old system
