Wow thread dig. The OP hasnt been active in 2 years so dont hold out for a response. Why guess would be either painted the standard garnish with black paint or lots of coats of tint.

I'm thread digging too lol 6 years on from your post but i'm going to add the black lights and garnish to the rear of my white VT SS and i'm adding a black wing and black skirts not changing the bar keeping white SS bar just replacing the lowest part. I went searching for white vt SS with black body kit and found this old thread and now im going to look on gumtree for the garnish that I believe will be an easy swap
