Another update, I got a new headunit a while back, an Alpine CDA-117e, basically my old one still works fine, it had green lights and didnt suit the new dash lights, so i got it cheap as on a JB 30% off sale, pretty much ebay price but with a warranty lol. I also got a new phone which seems to have an alright camera, so i took some photos of the car, used a few of the special options and such. I also took some photos of the parkers, and the headlights, this camera really shows them as blue haha, they don't look like this to the human eye, it looks white with a blue tinge, but pretty cool none the less.

Well it's been ages since I have updated this. Not too much happened for a while, the car has been sitting on some shitty 16s i bought cheap, as the tyres on the 18s are bald (wayy too much driving last year). I put some white led parkers all around, apart from that i've pretty much left the car.

And more recently some one has reversed in to my car (and of course, didn't leave a note) and left, not much damage but enough to warrant a new front bar, head light and right hand side front fender. Lucky for me, I already had a full genuine VX SS kit sitting in the garage. So last weekend I decided to put on the front bar, with the foggies, and a new right hand head light. It actually doesn't look too bad considering the front bar is currently silver.

i'm currently saving up to get the kit painted and put on the car. Ive put some pics below.

(Edit; I also have some diamond vision globes for the foggies and high beams on the way, to match my headlight globes, should look good)

Cheers mate, I wish it looked clean at the moment though.

The car is now raised back up to FE2 suspension, and a few little things have been fixed like castor bushes and i've gotten rid of the dodgy air box, and put a standard one back in. Hoping to get it back on the road very soon and clear the defect, so i can finish fixing everything, and save for a respray

Bloody defects , Im hoping my cars not a magnet to the pol pol iv got month to go until i get my license currently just doing mod after mod. Are you going for the heron white or mixen it up alittle with a different colour man?

Yeah I've been pulled over plenty of times before and never had any issues, i reckon the only reason they checked the car was because i had damage to the front and shitty tyres on the rear, when i had the 18s on and no damage i never had any issues.

But yeah, just a door to door white respray so it's as cheap as possible, I can't wait to have it all done.
