New update, Leather seats next week.

Wasn't on the upgrade list but the price was right, they are all fine except the drivers seat the bottom is a tad worn but nothing a re-trim on that seat can't fix.

New front bar went on, still an exec front bar, except this ones paint is good and doesn't have damage on it

So now i'm almost finished with the car i'd say, only thing left on my list is lower (which i'm not even sure if i want to do anymore as i really don't mind FE2), fix my front left quarter panel, colour code the skirts, and then just keep the thing roadworthy and look after it .

actually it's this colour

from a VX Calais, i think it looks good next to white and will suit my rims aswell.

I think i'm looking at 900 for it all and door trims. The guys holding it for me, just waiting for a mate to get his ute running so we can go pick it up.

Cheers mate, yeah getting the skirts painted will cost quite a bit. It was going to cost me $800 to get my skirts painted and my quarter panel bogged and sprayed over so i'm not sure exactly how much for the skirts alone.

I was told because it's a different type of plastic it will be harder to match the colour to the rest of the body.

so got all the leather in last weekend, and this weekend after not liking the new door trims, decided to have a bit of fun and remove the leather inserts from the new trims, to put back on my old VY ones.

Looks so much better. I'll post up some better pics once i give the leather a good clean (some marks on the leather you might notice).

So next is, wiring up the passenger seat, wiring up the steering wheel stereo controls (the device to make it work on the aftermarket h/u, thanks to michaelw, which i've had for months now just haven't gotten around to doing it lol), paint the skirts, mirrors, and fix my left front fender.
Find a chrome handbrake button, black door lock knobs (would look better with the trims), fix my tbar (i had to cut the thing that follows the selector, the plastic thing at the base that covers the big hole, kept braking the surrounding, found out what was wrong (just a clip is missing, would need photos to explain) and need to get onto it lol.

After all that maybe lower it more, and then keep it roadworthy and i'm happy lol.

It's just a big list of small things to do lol.

Hey mate, nah im gonna keep em. Gotta chuck 2 of them on actually as my rear tyres are shot on the granges.
