MY VX R8 CLUBSPORT build no. #366

Hi Everyone,

This is my new 2000 VX clubsport R8 Clubsport 6 speed build no. #366 out of 480 - Manuals I believe.

Mods are

Cam upgrade ( Very Lumpy )
Maffless tune
Titanium retainers
Moly Rods
Extractors in to a 3inch system

Will be getting an OTR soon. No power figures as of yet. Hoping to get 260-280 rwkw.

Car is orginal Storm Grey in colour.

I am very happy with the car and looking at keeping this one parked in the garage with a cover and drive my daily to work.

Hope you guys like it. - The wheels dont really suit it - I will be getting 20s GTS rims or similar. Also needs lowering in the rear

What's with the random extra HSV badge in the middle of the boot though, looks a bit out of place

Don't forget to get the toe link done unless the previous owner has already done it.

Agree on the wheels, bit cheap looking for mine.

VT-VX series 1 had some rear suspension issues that were revised in the series 2. The problem presents when the rear tyres scrub out, I believe (someone will correct me if wrong) that when you lower the rear it exacerbates the issue.
