So I have come across this crack and not sure if this is something I should be worried about or can it be fixed?

I am also moving the coil connection to the loom down by the coil packs on the drinker's side, as well as moving the petrol tank purge valve back a bit so it's not an eyesore on the fuel rails.

I also came across some melted wiring so I have also started restoring the engine harness as well as deleting the MAF plug.

I have also come to the decision that I might tear the beast down and do a bare metal respray.
Oh boy this is getting out of hand haha

If you still plan on the Simmons can’t go wrong with silver/polished lip.

Tell me about it! I am no panel beater so I am a bit worried if this car is worth fixing, after seeing that crack I have decided to strip it down to bare metal and get it resprayed if its fixable, but if that crack is not fixable I will try and find a new shell.
