Hi,
I currently have a 2016 sv6 and was just wondering if anyone has issues with the voice prompts for navigation not working. I have gone into the prompts setting and turned the prompt volume on and up and even when i click the test option get nil sound.
Also when i get a new message in the car all of the options come up and i can read the message but when i click listen i get nil sound at all.
