MyLink Upper/Lower case selection

Hi Guys,

I'm currently enjoying my new MY14 Redline, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to change between lower and uppercase lettering when entering in Custom address book names, or custom SMS replies within the MyLink system. Any ideas?

I've had mine a year now and haven't been able to get the SMS function to work. I will have a long list of faults when it goes in for the next service. Mainly with the MyLink system.

I programmed one new message response into MyLink and noticed that when it was finished it was all upper case.
I didnt ever really explore why it had done it like that.
