2014 Calais, when using radio and phone calls via Bluetooth all speakers work. When using Pandora or music from iPhone (via USB) only the left speakers work. Any suggestions as to what is wrong?

If your using Pandora is also via USB and not BT, I would suggest you have a fault in either your iPhone, or the iPhone USB cable.

2014 VF Calais V
Iphone 5 (2013, Ios 8.4.1) for Work
Samsung S3 - Android 4.xx for Personal.

All phones\combinations of calls, pandora, sticher and direct music from my devices work both via BT and USB.

I know all that doesnt help you but prepared to work through it and trying things on my devices to compare with you.
