NA VL Running Rough Poor Spark

VL Exec NA running rough. Barely starts, idle speed up and down at random. Only getting a yellow spark. Heard one or two ticks/small bangs on drive back to mechanics.

Have replaced the following in the past 6 months
Spark plugs and Leads
o2 sensor
coolant temp sensor
dizzy
crank angle sensor
airflow meter

Mechanics have checked the ECU and it has no codes on it.

Chopper wheels not accidentally upside down when you replaced the cas is it?

Could be a harness or ecu issues. The harnesses are very old a friend after trying to repair all the usual stuff converted his to run rb25 cas iacv and other things wit an rb25 modified harness as e was that over misfiring issues. Theirs a lot of different things that are common to cause them on the 30 try and find and auto Sparky who is well known to rb30s.

Check fuel pressure & flow rate.. Also look for vacuum leaks as starting points.

Could be completely wrong but maybe a gasket leak or an issue with the tappets or roller rockers like bearings etc making it misfire.. Had a skyline do this and one of my mates had same sought of issue with his vl.. He ignored though n ended up bending conrods the clown... Sounded like a supercharger winding trying to get it home from the highway haha
