Great job mate, haven't seen this thread in a while and decided to click on it, was very surprised when I seen that it had a LS1 in the engine bay haha. Makes me want to get a V8 now

I don't think the cost will ever stop... but around 4-5k to buy the wreck and get it in. I paid 9k for the car so that puts me at 12k + another few grand for mods.

Not sure why there is so much hate going on. Everyone does thing differently and at the end of the day Naths VY now has a running LS engine in it and not a crappy ecotec.

Exhaust is on, sounds absolutely amazing! In for a wheel alignment and handbrake adjustment today, then a tune to sort out the check engine light.

I still don't understand how your being married to a fully licensed driver allows you to drive a V8 before you are allowed to. But :thumbsup:
