better than putting rocks in someones hub cap i still think the bets one to date is after going fishing and scaling the catch or ne sort of bait for that matter put that in the hub cap because when the person applies the brakes it slowly but surely whilst driving will cook the bait leaving one aweful smell,

only other one i hav heard of is good old cable tie around the flywheel makes for one annoying sound
