The cost of a camber kit is about the same as 4 new tyres mate.

The are other paths you can take like getting a vx series 2, vy or vz diff cradle with the adjustable camber toes already in it.

Here is a kit: WHITELINE COMMODORE VT/VX/VU/V2 Camber/toe correction - control arm bushing | eBay
plus install or you can have a crack at it yourself I would give a couple hours each side since you havent done it before. Also more than likly a write up on here about it aswell. Or you can do what killer6 suggested and get a rearend from a vxII to vz .
Here is one just so you get the picture but its only for ute and wagons: VT VX VY VZ rear K frame IRS update for Ute and wagon, fix that camber! | eBay

Just be aware, with Whiteline, they have 3or4 different kits depending on ride height.

I thought they only had a 2 point and 4 point (two 2 point kits). A two point for fe2 and above and a 4 point for lower than fe2. I haven't looked just what i thought.

They have 2 different 4 point kits for super low and lower. One kit gives far more toe adjustment.

Do you know it's not the camber that chews the rear tyres?

    It's the toe.

    Cheers
    Mat

There is more work involved replacing the rear cradle, even then its only a 2point kit in them from factory sounds like u need a 4 point which should be fine to get them relatively straight.

You think that's bad Haha check out mine! Its the toe that chews through the tread, its the camber
That determines where it will wear. Though you always need a bit of toe for straight line stability. The in short changing the rear cradle involves unbolting the rear of tailshaft. Bottom of shocks, bolt on either side of front of trailing arms (bitch of bolts) undoing the abs sensors and two bolts from rear of diff, handbreak lines and brake lines. And exhaust of course if your runing one to rear of car. Not alot just takes time.

Mate honestly its not that hard. If your mechanically minded should be no worries. You'll see what needs to come off in order for the next piece. You will need the ass up as high as possible tho. And a trolley jack makes the world of diff. Oh and they sway bar brackets need to come off. Once the two diff bolts at rear of housing is off and frame is held up by jack you drop it down and its a hell of alot easier to get those two swaybar brackets unbolted.

fifth arm? Not to sure what that's about Haha?
