    I think they were about $186,000. If you have a look on carsales and take into account the
    very low k's it's about what they are going for.

    Have to wonder if they are selling at that price though? Or is it merely the asking price? Near new cars to increase by $70k, in 12 months, that's rare for sure, most would decrease by nearly that. I think people must be stupid to pay it, if they do.

    W1 in an as new condition would be collector status. I think it's a bit rich calling the engine HSV's finest when it came from a GM factory.

    No it's not but since when has any brand new car gone up in value when it hits 12 months old?

    It's most likely the only new W1 in NZ and probably Aussie too for that matter. Clearly this dealership is happy to sit on this product. From what I've heard they (the dealership) are generally well regarded and reasonably priced. I do believe our current car originally came from them.

    It's my local if it's central waikato. And they have a few dealerships around, so probably not too stressed if this sits a little longer.
