need a sand-paper-type-sorta-speedfile for fibreglass

so i got a speedfile, thats all good, but i need to get it inside a square hole im making and its too big.

is there some sort of speedfile that is 30-40mm wide and no taller than say, 40mm? if so whats it called and how the fk to i buy one???

thanks but it really needs to be manual. im "finessing" some really important flat surfaces for vents and whatnot and it has to be a pro finish. totally noticable if i go too far and any power will chew it out.

gonna try hakhawks suggestion of taping some 40 to a flat bar of steel. but still it'd be nice to have a proper tool.
