Currently seeking to push a little more power out of my V6 Eco-tec, talked to some people and read many forums and ive came to a conclusion on my parts as I dont want to go over 2K have a twin full exhaust on at the moment.

25mm manifold insulator - $220
12mm plenum spacer - 150
1.9:1 ratio roller rockers - $650
PUSH ROD SET - $110
Mace performance throttle body TB806 - $180
LS1 throttle body adapter - $165
Stage 2 shift kit - $255

($1,565)

Also anybody know what kind of power difference I will experience if I end up going with every part listed above.

I've gained 30rwkw with my basic bolt-ons on my Buick. OP will need a new tune and a few other mods to have a decent improvement in pedal feel IMHO. Rather than rockers a cam would be a better choice, for a few bucks more. In hindsight I wish I went with cam. But at the time a rocker upgrade was meant to be cheaper due to less labor. Turned out chain and gear was worn out anyway and front needed to come off regardless.

heavy car with low power

memcal tune for 98,shift kit & shorter diff gears will make it feel better..so too will major service if it hasn't had one.

exhaust mainly for sound especially catback only.

You probably want to decide what RW figures you want to achieve and then look at your budget. If $2k is the limit then need to concentrate on best bang for buck. Cam and tune alone will probably exceed $2k, unless you can fit it yourself.
Shorter gears will set you back $800 for the build plus a set of gears at price unknown. But like GTR said gears will make it feel a fair bit better.

So I have taken everyones suggestions into consideration and i appreciate the help.

Me and my friend have decided buying a L67 Supercharged Motor and building it up and doing a whole engine swap but we are both going in blind.
If anyone has any info regarding doing that in a Vy im all ears.

Not trying to be negative here but can I ask why spend so much $$$ on a Spac?
