Practical - No. Sell it and buy one with climate control. IMHO it is over rated anyway. I operate mine manually 99% of the time.

i have climate control and i use it manually aswell, to have climate control installed into your car would require the old unit remove and a new one installed - easy, but depending on where the actual controls on the air box are, getting to them and putting electric motors onto them would be the tricky part, possibly even dash remove.
