VE SS-V
I'm looking at new wheels for my silver VE SS-V. Need some feedback on the following.
My choices are;
Forgeauto FA-5 18" x 8" (cheapest and best selection of tyres)
Forgeauto FA-5 20" x 8.5"front & 9.5" rear (second cheapest)
CSA Barettas 20" x 8.5"front & 9.5"rear (have a silver rim which I'm not sure about)
Genuine Simmons FR1 19" x 8.5"front & 9.5" rear (compromise between look and comfort, also means i can re-use 2 of my existing tyres)

I'd prefer the staggered look but I'm not sure about riding on 20", it is mainly a family car. 18" seems too small and I don't think it would good right. Simmons would be my pick but I've read bad reviews about the quality of Simmons wheels lately. Can't find much about forgeauto quality. CSA sounds ok for quality but they don't do full black.

What would you guys do?

Monaro is the look that I'm going for, ute is another option (with the silver lip).

I run 20s and don't find them too firm. Mine also does family duties.

The VE with FE3 and 20s rides better than my old VS with FE2 & 18s.

20" heavy big wheels with very narrow side wall tyres WILL give you very HARSH uncomfortable riding,speed humps will be your worst enemy .But they look good on stationary parked caro_O

I had a set of HRS Black Widow 20" on my silver Caprice. Looked killer in my opinion.
