Need Help Engine Build in SSV VE redline using LS3 long block will harness need to be changed ?

Hi All
Need some help please
I am currently speaking with Texas speed in the US to get the a quote to build an engine to be turbo charged and they have advised that they can not provide a L77 block as it has been discontinued and will need to use a LS3 long block instead.
Will this fit directly in or will i need some mod's such as change of engine harness computers etc ?

if u had dod stuff in the loom then u wont be needing that but the rest should be the same
