Hey peeps,
Just recently, i have been experiencing a noise simmilar to what you would expect to hear from a cv joint,
whilst turning right, at even the slightest turn of the steering wheel there is a noticable clicking noise, it's in a high ratio compared to the speed of driving, and is generally more noticable at slower speeds
im guessing it is a bearing of some sort..
Can somone please explan the anatomny of the steering rack to the weel, as in what is in the chain of operations to the wheel, and even better if somone could possibly advise me as how i could go about fixing this!
Also what is the joint called? is it just a bearing and not a CV joint? as it is a RWD?
The model is a VY SII Exec without any extra options..
