Why does it say off road and race use only? will i have any trouble with defect or un roadworthy when i install these myself? does it need engineer certificate?

They say 'Off Road and Race' because it's gonna be louder then stock which means it may fail a roadside test. It's just butt covering so you can't blame Xforce if you get a defect..

you won't get a defect with a cat back system from x-force they aren't very loud

Also, this exhaust says its a 2 1/4" system... should i be looking for a 2.25 or will this be just as good??

Go with the ss 2.5" system, you'll regret buying the v6 2 1/4" system.

i understand v6 should be 2.25 of 2.5 max. what is the actual .25 difference in sound/ flow anything???

Mine's stainless steel so it cost me $1400 fitted.
