Need turbo v6 help

Hey guys I’m looking at getting a Tony’s garage turbo kit for my 94 vr just wonder if anyone can recommend someone to tune is, I would also need them to put in valve springs, head studs ,gaskets and a cam . Any help would be greatly appreciated
