Not necessarily. It's all about how common they are rather than a case of bigger = more expensive. My costs to run my business are VERY low which is why I can sell tyres so cheap. I host the site/email and I'm building the site myself to save money which is passed on to the customer with rediculously low markups that tyre shops couldn't afford to do.

Let's say the FK452's are about $300. That MUST mean that the Falkens you were quoted weren't FK452's.

Also beware of the Falken "ZE-512" parallel imported by 'The kings of bling' as these aren't meant to be in Australia and have been superceded a LONG time ago.

Will have prices for multiple Falken, Federal and Kumhos in that size tomorrow.

thanks mate. its ok i have made a mistake. i was thinking Federals instead of Falkens. I haven't been quoted for a Falken yet, waiting to hear from you.

Best way to promote is word of mouth and as long as you build a good reputation you'll do really well if you have good prices. especially as you are on this forum.

looking forward to your pricing.

275/30R20:

Falken FK452: $419 (Can do for $415 for now with bank transfer as I'm not paying merchant fees yet)
Kumho KU31: $259
Kumho KU19: $259

The tyres I can get huge discounts on seem to be mainly in the 16" to 18" range but I believe those prices should still be very competitive.

ill find out about 245/35R20 today.

Cheers,

Brad

Ok now after reading this page a few more times I've come to a better understanding lol

From my understanding the tyres mentioned are ranked as below from best to worst?

Falken 452 - Waiting on Price - Falken
Kumho KU31 - $234 - Kuhmo
Acellera Ph-1 - $200 - Acellera
Federal 595 Evo - $260 - Fed's

:) haha

hahahaha..... i was reading your posts prior saying the 'falcons' are worse than the kumho's and I was like.... oh boy, whos this guy been talking to :).
this is the order I'd place them in too.

I can get you the Kumho KU31 in 275/30R20 for $234 each.

Those were the tyres I was using on my VE and they're pretty good. More of a sporty tyre.

That's a fair bit cheaper than my cost. Whatever you're in on, I want in on too HAHA.

They RRP at $534.60. I thought my $259 was good!
