Hey decided to put a new engine into my VR series 2. the standerd V6 has blown and when i start it just knocks and has no power. Is the standerd motor the only 1 that will fit straight in? like i wouldnt mind something with a bit more go.

Its an auto if that helps

and could i have some prices if anyone knows? ty

you could probably go the supercharged six, dont think you'd need to change the box, not sure on price but i dont think its very cheap for one thats decent.

L67's can be had reasonably cheap (3k) but there will be wiring issues. if you get it all sorted, then everything will be rosy, you just gotta then limit how muc mods you want to do to it. but they do drop straight in infront of your current auto
