The wife and I went out to a restaurant ans when the waitress was taking our orders, my wife mistakenly said "chicken flavoured" steamed rice. That got me thinking, what other flavours would you all like to have ready? I know i'm goona get roasted for this but imagine 'foster flavour ice cream', 'tobacco chocolate', 'vodka candy' ... What other 'flavours' would there be?
I brought a packet of jim beam chips at the bottle shop the other day but was disappointed when i found out they dont actually taste like nor contain any trace of jim beam. So...lets make some Jim Beam chips.
This isn't as crazy as it sounds, GM carrots that taste like pizza have been available for a few years now somewhere overseas. In fact some bird I was trying to pick up on the way home from uni a few years back told me something interesting. There is a breed of tomato, possibly ****tail tomatoes but don't quote me on that, that have been modified with atlantic salmon genes so they can survive in fridges. The consequence...this certain tomato tastes a little fishy.
I think before we get onto what flavours we should have, we need to address the problem of current flavours tasting anything like what they're quoted. chicken flavour tastes nothing at all like chicken, BBQ doesn't taste anything like a BBQ or even anything thats cooked on a BBQ.
Dats wat i'm talking about. Why does 'chicken flavor' doesnt taste like real chicken? Not the mush u get from KFC. A lot of food nowadays seem to be flavoured but its either MSG, or colorings or watever chemical concoction someone cooked up in a lab. I'm wondering if you can buy the scent of "new car interior' in a bottle. Or "$100 crisp bills" as a perfume. Or clothes that taste like your favourite food
LOL why doesn't English sound like English? Nearly as bad as "i brought" above. Anyway - yep you can buy new car smell but i don't believe it's anything like it. If you imagine some chips can actually taste like chicken... can't remember the brand. the money one rings bells but i'm not sure why.
What about chocolate fudge oysters...or maybe if they replaced the oysters with chocolate fudge...either way..choc fudge!
I went to the shops and got choc chip chocolate icecream and some lady gives me a weird look and says "could they get any more chocolate going in that" and i looked back at her, smiled and grabbed the chocolate topping
