so i am tryen to take the front bumper off and so far i have got all the screws out, 2 on wheel archess, 3 on top middle, 2 behind number plate and and just tryen to jiggle it out and its not coming out, i think theres clips in there somewhere holding it up but i dont know where exactly they are, and i dont know what the trick is in removing the bumper, all i wanted to do was to access the head lights screws so i can take it out.

any help now would be nice.

    thanks

You need to grip the bumper near the wheel arch (right on the edge) and pull backwards, it should unclip and then fall forward. Make sure you have someone holding the bumper, or something underneath so you don't damage it.

Perhaps a search next time? Here.

Just for future reference the two screws behind the number plate can stay on...well, they can on a series 2 Calais anyway
