Monaro
G'day Fella's. Know of a few people on here so thought I would join. I am relatively new to the modded car scene so please excuse any stupid questions I may ask in the future !!
For those that don't know me here are some details on my ride and a couple of pics that I posted up on another forum.
Cheers.

Drove over to FTG Holden in Feb 2006 to test drive a Sept 04 Quicksilver manual Monaro - 5.7 LS1. Fell in love with it straight away. From memory it had about 40k on the clock and I got it for about $47k. First V8 I had driven since my 1978 LX 308 Torana so it was like gettin into a rocketship. This is my daily driver to work and back each day.

I got it back to Adelaide and a mate of mine told me that he tuned LS1's but I told him that it was good enough for me. 2 days later I changed my mind. We started at 202rwkw on the local Dyno Dynamics machine.

Now I didnt (arguably still dont) really have much of an idea about cars other than put key in and drive. But through lots of questions of lots of people, and lots of reading on forums, I can almost hold my own in a 'car' conversation.

We prob did things the long way, but as the changes in tunes didnt cost me more than dyno time, I got to appreciate driving a different car every couple of months, so I am glad for the experience.

As of today the mods are as follows, in no particular order :

MAFless LSXTune - custom tune.
DUS VZ Monaro OTR.
Ceramic clutch (not sure what brand but it does the job now)
Custom shortened shifter.
1 & 3/4" Ceram coated Paccies. 4>1's.
Hi Flow Cats.
Stock LS6 manifold (for now)
Custom Stain Steel 2 & 1/2 catback.
4" Exhaust tips.
232/234 @112 Comp Cam.
25% UD pulley
DUS Ported TB
HSD fully adjustable coilovers all round.
Speedy Envys - 20's
3.9 diff gears
Stage 2.5 LS6 heads.
Double valve springs.
Maverick Man - Carbon Fibre exhaust shround (waiting on the CF bonnet scoops).
Only run PULP.
Average about 20l/100kms. But recent trip to Melb and back saw average 11.5l/100kms.
No timeslip as no track - yet.

Most recent Dyno log when new OTR fitted :

Another done before the new OTR on a Mainline Dyno, for comparison :

just send a link to the video. So basically just go to the video on youtube as if you were watching it and copy the website URL and paste it in a reply here.
