Hello all, New member, Just bought the ute 2 weeks ago, thought i better join the forum knowing i will have some questions, this is my ride, Twin Hump hardcover yet to come, massive sound system going in...also have my old car and dirt bike to sell but wont let me post a thread in for sale section? because im new?

2010, only 30,000 k's, picked it up for $24500 (a steal in my eyes) came with maloo front end, 22" G8 rims, sports bars, thoughts?

Nice. Front end looks rad!

Wheels are too big, in my opinion.

Either way, good buy! :)

Correct. You need to be a member for 3 months and have a minimum of 20 technical posts.

Please don't try to evade it either as it will just be deleted and your botty smacked :)

Please tell me that's your flat chested mrs on your bike? Lol
Like the look of the ute :)
The rims you may get sick of, depends on your local roads as much as anything else (and when it's time to replace your tyres..).
I like the Maloo front, and besides why change it when you bought it already done? Nice buy IMO

Ute looks nice mate good pick up :)

How to find the ride on 22's? Personally they're to big for me but I can't say I have ridden in a VE with 22's.

Also you gunna keep the sports bars on? I think they'd look better off but that's just me haha

The ride over bumps is fine, high qaulity tyres reduce the noise and bumps, but when the road dips and rolls you can notice it because it's got lowered king springs making it stiffer than stock, more than happy with it though ,my towns roads aren't too bad

Nah I have a twin hump hardcover on the way so the sports bars will go unless I need a dirt bike on the back

Went with a HSP aftermarket twin hump, came in manual lock or more expensive central lock, just went with the manual, in red obviously :)

Have a huge sound system going in, few little mods like gauge pod and gauges, maybe tail lights, don't wanna over do it though

Has a 22.5 inch full exhaust with extractors and 4 inch tips, have had people say it's got a great tone but they expected it to be louder, easiest way to do that? (Non expensive)
