Hi all new member from Adelaide area. Just picked up my new VE before Xmas thought I would drop in here. Keen to meet owners in the area around the northern suburbs. Merry xmas to all![IMG]

I'm no holden expert but from what I've read and what holden told me it's basically a standard ssv with the Pontiac front end. But it retains the holden badges and it's registered as a special edition. If anyone knows what's what that would be good.

Current mods are just the 20 inch g8 wheels and a cat back exhaust of an unknown brand.

I will post some more pics later today after some boxing day bargain hunting!

Hopefully someone can identify the exhaust.

The first thing on the list is removing all the crap the dealer stuck on. Second is a visit to the tint shop and then I guess it's an intake and a tune.

It's a daily and a family car for my 2 boys so I cannot go too crazy.

Decided to remove the afm badges, looks much cleaner! Gave her a quick scrub up over the weekend as well.

Not really sure what else the exterior needs. Initially I was going to lower her as the arch gaps are pretty huge but even before loading it up with the Mrs, 2 kids etc. The exhaust has caught a couple of times and the front end does if I'm not careful.

Thanks bud. Yeah I had that feeling about the front end but to be honest I much prefer it over the standard one and it's a bit more individual :)

I've seen a few of them. One of them was this colour so maybe it's the same car but there are a few out and about.

There's a black ute at Mitsubishi on Port Rd with the Pontiac front too. Utes look pretty good with that front I reckon.
