New Metallica album coming out this week - Death Magnetic

Got them both as well, but load album is at a higher play count

 

Ride the lightning is my fav album. Metallica guitar hero....Ima so buy that mofo.

 

It sounds like the Guitar Hero version of the album has better quality sound. Many fans have complained about the difference between the 2 albums.

There is a petition, Re-Mix or Remaster Death Magnetic!-Online Petition, asking for the album to be remastered using the tracks from the Guitar Hero mix.

How different it is, not sure. Would you notice the difference, possibly. How many people have jumped on the band wagon for the hell of it, who knows.

 

O well, ill just listen to the songs from GH:M when I get it.

 

hahaha thats crazy. cant wait to hear the new version. theres also a remixed version out there where someone has taken all the repetitive stuff out of the songs and people seem to like it. havent listened to it yet but it should be interesting

 

Very interesting, I went looking and ended up finding an article where they've quoted lars as saying there's nothing wrong with it and that its just that people on the internet complain too much. What an idiot.

 

if ya wanna hear old school thrash metal the way it should be then listen to the latest albums from bands like testament, exodus and kreator. they've all been around as long as metallica and still making real metal. with all due respect good on em for trying to get all heavy again and they will always be one of my favourite bands but im afraid they sold out a long time ago.
